Mortal Strike AW

When use Mortal Strike on AW the critical is still the same. Not raised ;/

Mortal Strike lvl 2.
Increases critical attack rate by 15% for 2 minutes. Requires a dagger.

Check it pls...

EDIT: BTW - After removing Praeacher of Doom from "NPC Buffer place" in Dion there's no trader at Grocery Store...

Description of skill is wrong,actually( and it's supposed to be that way) it gives you succes rate of lethal strikes(half kills), and isn't only on aw, on all dagger class is the same. In other words it does what on retail does,but description is wrong like on retail servers also.
